Whether you’re looking to beef up your home security this summer, or you just want to keep an eye on your pets while you’re on holiday, now is an excellent time to invest in a smart home security camera. Imou has teamed up with some top UK retailers to offer incredible discounts on its security cameras throughout July as part of its Imou Fest event.

Imou has been making smart security products since 2015 and it’s on a mission to protect your home and your loved ones with innovative IoT products. The range includes dual camera models, convenient battery-powered cameras, eco-friendly solar-powered units and even cameras with panning and tilting functionality.

The best part, though, is that these cutting-edge cameras are cheaper than ever when purchased from a participating UK retailer. You can grab an amazing bargain from B&Q throughout the month, and there are also incredible Imou deals for Amazon Prime Day.

Which Imou camera is right for you?

With so many models to choose from, it can be tricky to decide which Imou camera is right for you. With deals this good, it’s hard to go wrong, but if you need help deciding, we’ve highlighted the key features of some of our favourite models down below.

Imou Ranger Dual – 20% off

3Mp fixed lens + 3Mp pan and tilt lens

Imou Sense AI human and pet detection, smart tracking

MicroSD and cloud storage, Multi-night vision

Security cameras that can pan and tilt are great for monitoring large spaces, but there’s a problem. When you pan away from one location, you’re leaving a blind spot in the other. With the Imou Ranger Dual, that issue is completely resolved, it has two cameras, one that always faces the same direction, and one that can be panned and tilted to view other areas.

It can capture at up to 3K resolution and uses high-quality sensors that can capture crystal clear recordings in all lighting conditions. It can even capture high-quality video in complete darkness using four smart night vision modes, including colour recording and infrared.

The camera uses AI to detect subjects and it can autonomously follow them around the room. In an emergency, you’ll never be left guessing what an intruder is up to, and if you want to track your pets, it can be set to follow them around, too.

The Ranger Dual 6Mp is currently on sale for just £23.99, a massive 20% reduction in price on Amazon.

Imou Cell PT Kit

3Mp pan and tilt lens, 15000 mAh rechargeable battery lasts for 280 days

Can be used with a solar panel for endless power

Dual spotlights, Smart night vision, human detection, motion detection

If you like the sound of the Cruiser 2, but your desired location doesn’t have a power outlet, then the Cell PT Kit is the product for you. It has most of the same great features, but it also packs a massive 15000  mAh battery inside, so you can mount it in remote locations, like the outside of a garden shed. It’ll last up to 280 days on a charge, meaning it’s barely an inconvenience to keep the unit topped up, and if you don’t want to bother, simply add a solar panel to keep the camera topped up all year round.

As with the Cruiser 2, the Cell PT gives you close to 360 degrees of coverage, crisp QHD video capture, PIR human detection and AI tracking, two-way talk, spotlights and night vision. It’s an incredibly versatile home security camera, made better with the addition of a long-lasting battery pack.

The Imou Cell PT Kit price has been slashed to £101.02 at Amazon.

Imou Cell Go Solar Kit: 50% off

3Mp fixed lens, 5000 mAh rechargeable battery

Night vision, human detection, easy installation, portable

4GB internal storage plus cloud storage

The Imou Cell Go is another great 2K battery-powered security camera with a neat trick up its sleeve, this model can be taken anywhere and used as a standalone camera for vlogging or capturing family moments. If that’s not enough, it also comes bundled with a solar panel to keep it charged up in an eco-friendly and convenient manner.

The camera also supports human detection and two-way talk, has a built-in siren and is IP65 rated, so it can withstand all weather conditions when mounted outdoors. You also get 4GB of onboard storage, so there’s no need to pay a pricey cloud subscription or even buy an SD card, it’s ready to go right out of the box.

The Imou Cell Go Solar Kit is at its lowest price ever, only £44.99, with 50% off at B&Q.

If you don’t need the solar panel, the Imou Cell Go can be had for just £34.99 with 22% off on Amazon.

IMOU Sense AI human and vehicle detection, smart tracking

MicroSD and cloud storage, dual spotlights, night vision

Like the Ranger Dual, this camera also supports AI subject detection and can be set to follow humans or vehicles as they move about your property. You can also set your favourite angles and quickly switch between them to keep an eye on all key areas. There are even customisable alarm sounds if an intruder is detected.
