The best Prime Day Nintendo Switch dealson October 13, 2022 at 09:01 Tech Advisor
Prime Day is Amazon’s biggest sales event of the year – so big that it runs over 48 hours (so more than a day), and even now takes place twice a year thanks to the new Prime Early Access Sale in October.
The official Prime Day is next up though, and the 2023 edition is likely to arrive some time in June or July 2023, so there’s a little while to wait.
As with any major sale these days, it’s likely that the Nintendo Switch will be one of the most popular bits of tech to pick up in the sale. That’s where we come in. Every year we do our best to scour Amazon – and the web – for the biggest savings on Nintendo Switch consoles, accessories, and games in both the US and UK so that you can play for less.
We’re looking for savings on the console itself primarily – with the regular Switch, Switch OLED, and Switch Lite all available. That includes bundles, plus we’ll be rounding up any really great deals we spot on accessories from Joy-Con controllers to carry cases and microSD cards – not to mention the games themselves.
Prime Day is an Amazon event, and requires you to be a Prime subscriber to take advantage of the best deals – though remember that you can sign up for a free trial to get all the benefits during the sales period. After the trial ends, the service costs $14.99/£8.99 per month or $139/£95 annually. We sometimes also include offers below from rival retailers in both the US and UK too, as stores do their best to undercut Bezos any way they can.
Check out our round-up of all the best Prime Day deals for offers on other tech too, or bookmark our pick of the best Switch deals for a ranking of savings from every retailer that we keep updated year-round.
