Senior QA Analyst – Leeds City Centre – 50,000 Lorien are working in partnership with a Global Retail brand based in Leeds. With continued development into the digital space there are multiple system migration projects you’ll be responsible for. As such there has arisen a need for a Senior QA Analyst to join the business. Your role will be to lead all aspects of the QA testing for the project lifecycle, understanding the test criteria and define an appropriate testing procedure. There will be responsibility to ensure all the testing is done in accordance with the project timescales and reduce the delays with effective and efficient practises. This is a new position for the business, as such you’ll have a good opportunity to shape and define the overall testing practises within the business. The team is expected to grow over the coming months and this will in turn move to leadership opportunities within the business. The ideal candidate will have a blend of the following skills: Background in designing, preparing and maintaining comprehensive test plans supporting project delivery Experience understanding business requirements and translating this into repeatable test cases Proven experience delivering change to the QA function to deliver more efficient results Familiarity with automation tools such as Azure DevOps or similar Excellent written and verbal communication skills This role is paying between 45,000-50,000 salary wise, plus a list of great company benefits.
