Project Manager – Private Consultancy – Reading, Berkshire 26000- 35000 Benefits Privately owned Construction and Property Consultancy are actively looking to add to their residential project team and currently require a Project Manager with 3-5 years’ commercial experience coming from a construction, developer or house builder background. Ideally with a Degree and/or Masters in a related field, this role would suit an applicant who has perhaps been in a site based position for a number of years such as Site Manager, Site Supervisor or Construction Manager and is looking to move into a full time PM role and be taken through their APC in order to become Chartered. Workload will cover a wide range of site locations, so the Project Manager must drive and be comfortable spending time on site across various clients. The Project Manager will be required to play an active part in all stages of the project planning process and will need to be comfortable working with customers, holding detailed meetings and ensuring the project stays on track, to budget and that 3rd party contractors understand the importance of their part of the process.
