Dublin head-quartered IT company Kefron is planning to create 40 new jobs. The roles will be based in Kefron’s existing locations in Dublin and London. The company is hiring in the areas of emerging technology, customer experience and support.

The hiring announcement comes thanks to its new partnership with global cybersecurity player Exclusive Networks. The partnership will see Kefron, which specialises in information and document management enter 25 new markets around the world. It has invested €1m in its growth strategy.

The family-owned company currently employs 120 people across the UK and Ireland. Under its deal with Exclusive Networks, it will come on board as their global accounts payable automation partner.

Exclusive Networks will use Kefron’s software to reduce the amount of manual data entry effort associated with processing their vendor and supplier invoices.

Kefron will provide Exclusive Networks’ global finance teams with a cloud-based accounts payable platform developed by its own in-house development team. The platform benefitted from the latest advancements in machine learning technology, supported by a team of data engineering specialists based in Kefron’s Dublin headquarters.

Paul Kearns, Kefron’s managing director said that “The new jobs being created will further enhance our capabilities and meet the needs of our global customers. We are very proud to partner with Exclusive Networks and look forward to working with them as they look to a future of enhanced transformation.”

Stephanie Riera, group director of finance and transformation at Exclusive Networks said that the company chose Kefron as its global accounts payable automation platform partner because it was “one of few suppliers” who could support both of the company’s key requirements which included accounts payable automation and e-invoicing globally.

“E-invoicing is fast becoming a mandatory requirement in European countries. This means that by law, clients will need to submit documents in specific formats approved by government to do business in that country,” Riera said.

The global e-invoicing market is continuing to grow rapidly due to digitalisation and government policy across the world. Kefron will help Exclusive Networks grow its business globally, while also entering new markets in countries such as Singapore, Belgium, Denmark and Norway.
